Vday with babes

wee! celebrated V day with pretty babes...our program that day? to prepare dishes on our own..wakaka, to think we actually came up with this idea, knowing that we dun really cook!

At CCK's shopping mall, phototaking session to mark the start day then to Fairprice to shop our ingredients lo...heez our theme is western!

yea i know that is not alot of things,we shop with quality and not quantity,ok hor

Time to think for myself...i guess

I start thinking and felt that how come at times I have to be so pleasing to others all the time. I am so afraid that people might get angry,people might this and that to the extreme that I think I am neglecting myself...maybe I should start reflecting. At all times, I am always ok and easy with everything then I feel that some people are taking advantage of me. When I am angry, I cant even vent it 'properly'. I hate the way I am behaving towards matter & people now..its juz simply not me.

Feel like strangers...

haiz..today bump into a friend when I am having lunch with my sisters & mum, kinda of weird coz she was with her bf so i called out to her since we are sitting behind her, a short greeting but we are thus far apart thats how I feel at that very moment. My mum was asking "eh how come you called her but both of you seem abit distant", my mum was actually expecting her to come over since we are eating and they are still waiting for their food. Well coz people changed and they doesnt changed overnight, they changed becoz of somethg, someone, some some etc...

HaPpY LuNaR nEw YeAr!!!

Dear all...happy lunar new year to you! I am so looking forwarding to CNY, reunion dinner,hong baos,new clothes,gathering with relatives..etc haiz this also means another year hv passed, well many changes this year. I remember I used to shop for new clothes and stuff with my close friends but things become different this year, I spent more time with my sisters and close colleagues cum frds..I also dunnoe why but it juz change along the way. I hv a close frd who used to give me new year goodies but surprisingly this year nothg for me,guess she hv other 'priorities', well I hv to accept the fact that between boyfrd and bestfrd there is a gap..*sad!

Though at times I might pretend I dun mind that I am being neglected but in fact I am pretty concerned about it...of coz cant be petty abt it all the time and make them thk that how cum you are so childish rite? Its how things moved if people start neglecting others and things around them then start to shift their priorities and when they are not balancing rite and wanted to go back again, it will be no doubt very difficult. * u might not understand what im toking here but nvm coz im typing for me to understand only, doesnt matter to me if u all dun understand ;)

I hope this year wll be a good year for me!ooh and for *you too! ;)

Celebrations and more!

MERRY CHRISTMAS! heez..checked in with my dear female colleagues at Royal Plaza Scotts to celebrate christmas..it was fantastic andwe hav a pretty enjoyable session together!

Well as we grow older,it seem like we only get to meet up with friends more often during special festive seasons and I really dread that..and that also means I cherish the moments we are together very much =)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!And for new year, with my colleagues kakis we went to newton circus to enjoy a feast of local delicacies and of coz beer beer! i thk the best thg after a day of hard work is to pamper ourselves with 'drinks'..haa! This time round we choose somewhere cheaper lah instead of Happy bar we usually go..heez Happy = Harry, we went too often that we even got membership card lor!


And not to forget to mention..haa i check into another hotel again but this time is with my best buddies..we checked in Carlton which is located at Cityhall..we da bao alot of food to enjoy in the room as we do not wish to join the crowd..how nice with gd food,gd drinks and best buddies to share and celebrate! ooh and we also celebrated ah min's birthday together!

Yippe not long after the Japan trip, I went cruising..heez,wow i thk i really spend alot of money over the months lor..but it was a wonderful trip..i get to nua and nua and nua, do nothg but juz eat and slack for two days..

And im back!

Hey ppl, im back from Japan! It was a fruitful trip (of coz,im not referring to the thgs i bought but the meetings we hav..haa!) Indeed, I had enjoyed myself though it was a working trip but we hv alot of fun together. Initially, I thought going with the bosses will be erm..haa but it turned out absolutely fantastic!

24/11: On the first day we arrived at abt 11am but check in time is at 2pm so we hav ample of time. No meetings was scheduled as it was Japan's holiday (Thanksgiving & Labour day). We decided to hv a hearty lunch to somewhere which is Ueno. The place is crowded with people, they hav a long street selling all kind of stuff, we hv a walk thru the streets after lunch and head to Harajuku which is located in Shibuya. The place is full of young people updated with the latest trends. It was then raining heavily so we did not stayed there for long and return to Ikebukuro where our hotel is situated. We have a rest after check-in and prepared for dinner. I slept pretty well after a drink at the lobby lounge..guess im really tired.

25/11: The start of the meetings..woah we woke up really early!Tokyo is one hr ahead of s'pore...and for every meetings we hv to be there at least 15 mins early as Japanese are very particular abt punctality. We arranged to hv two meetings a day so that it is not too rush and not that tired also..

After the meetings, we hv dinner and as it was still early so we decide to walk around nearby dept stores..heez was really glad that the rain wasnt too heavy as we decide to go shinjuku..that place is the so called 'red light district'..haa! looking around..i realized besides the pimps, there also people holding broom waiting for 'business', here you will noticed that the ladies are not outside to compete for business but are the pimps. After all the walking, we decide to settle down for yakitori and sakae..heez

26/11: And its another day again packed with two meetings..in toyko,the trains are super duper packed with ppl especially early in the morning..there are staff allocated at each cabin door to push passengers in order for the train door to close! luckily im taking the train opposite..but it was really terrifying watching the people squeezing like 'bread & jam'. According to my colleague, she say even if a female is being molest,she wld not be able to shout out loud or complain coz the train is too crowded..

After the meetings,it was another tired day..we decide to go Akihabara where they sell the most advanced electric products, computer products and many comic related stuff etc i bought alot toy toy for colleagues & friends as sounveir..haa! ooh and my most satisfied item is the lip stick like thumb drive..super pretty lor! Then we went Ginza to look for Burberry which my colleague needed to buy to 'report' back to his wife..haa! All big and posh dept stores are located there selling all branded stuff..and then we head back to hotel..i was in a rush to buy a pair of shoes coz the boots are hurting me! thats explain the 'golden shoes' (refer pic below) =p

Finally, i get to eat sushi for dinner! wow the sushi is so delicious and cheap. Nothing is really cheap in Japan but the sushi is considered rather cheap as the item we ate in s'pore is usually the expensive range but theirs are at the average price.

27/11: Today is a long day coz there are alot of travelling..but frankly speaking i enjoyed today the most..being able to get close to natural surroundings made me feels good! On the way to the place, I manage to ate an ice-cream..WOW i wanted to shout out loud 'COOL!', eating cold ice-cream in cold weather! Their ice-cream is fantastic lor,nv ate such delicious ice-cream in my entire life leh...i know i am being too exagerating..kekez! Ooh forgot to mentioned this place is at Oyama =p

I really love this place alot..its fantastic! I think most likely is becoz I have never really been to such rural area and the surrounding surprised me.. =) Nothg much for the day coz it was already quite late after we went back.

28/11: We went back today after a meeting..nothg much as it was quite rush and there are no time for us to go anywhere so after a quick lunch we head to airport and do a last minute shopping there =)

I am hoping to go back to Japan within the next 3 years and of coz to visit Disneyland!
